Who to contact
SEITO K.K. operates the ReelNami information website. Use the contact below for access, correction, deletion or other questions about information you have provided.
Explain your request
Identify ReelNami, the type of request and the information concerned. Keep your initial email concise. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full receipts or unsolicited identity documents.
Proportionate verification
We may ask for the information reasonably needed to handle a request safely. A shared email address or an installation number is not sufficient to transfer an App account or its purchases.
Website and App are different
This website has no registered user accounts. A final, executable App deletion and retention process must be completed before public App launch. This page is a contact route for enquiries, not a claim that the App deletion release requirement is already satisfied.
